Good understanding of corporate sales, new client acquisition and B2B sales
Aggressively manage the sales pipeline. Ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.
Fully engaging in the performance management and development planning process and lead the sales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in middle market.
Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and
Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
Coordinates efforts/resources within and across teams to deliver goals.
Recognizes the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives; brings in ideas, information, suggestions and expertise from others outside the immediate team.
Builds strong team relationships within and across teams.
Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.
Act with integrity and show energy and resilience.
Be self-motivated and maintain consistent high levels of energy and focus
Bachelors degree with minimum 1 year of work experience into corporate clients / B2B sales / client acquisition.
Self-starter, shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverable and overcome issues.
Strength in building and leveraging relationships, experience in working within a cross functional matrix.
Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Experience in managing relationships with clients/external business partners would be preferable
Very organized approach to managing workload with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Must be highly proficient in MS office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage and track multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously
Can do positive attitude and willingness to pivot in the face of change quickly.
