Sales Executive

Tasks:

Good understanding of corporate sales, new client acquisition and B2B sales
Aggressively manage the sales pipeline. Ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.
Fully engaging in the performance management and development planning process and lead the sales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in middle market.
Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning
Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
Coordinates efforts/resources within and across teams to deliver goals.
Recognizes the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives; brings in ideas, information, suggestions and expertise from others outside the immediate team.
Builds strong team relationships within and across teams.
Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.
Act with integrity and show energy and resilience.
Be self-motivated and maintain consistent high levels of energy and focus.

Skills:

Bachelors degree with minimum 1 year of work experience into corporate clients / B2B sales / client acquisition.
Self-starter, shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverable and overcome issues.
Strength in building and leveraging relationships, experience in working within a cross functional matrix.
Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Experience in managing relationships with clients/external business partners would be preferable
Very organized approach to managing workload with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Must be highly proficient in MS office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage and track multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously
Can do positive attitude and willingness to pivot in the face of change quickly.

Customer Service Representative

Tasks:

Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing company’s internal CRM systems
Ensures and provide quality service to customers
Resolve a variety of order related issues
Greet customers warmly
Ascertain problem or reason for calling
Recommend changes to existing models and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness based on customer feedback

Software Developer

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing web-based application to meet the emerging needs of the company.
Utilize existing company code libraries and frameworks where applicable.
Be self-directing in managing personal backlog workload.
Research and recommend new technologies to enhance the user experience.
Independently design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
Architect and implement code that will 1) meet current and future needs, 2) perform well under load, and 3) be easy to maintain.

Qualification

Computer Graduate/Post Graduate
Expertise in PHP(OOP), MySQL, Javascript and Jquery.
Fundamental Knowlegde of HTML5, CSS3, Web Standards.
Familiar with Json, XML Jquerymobile.
Familiar with opensource CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla), Cart (Opencart, Prestshop, Magento).
Remains current on creative trends in our industry as well as the latest techniques/technologies that help drive cutting-edge creative.
Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
